Until the online payment gateway is activated, all orders are processed manually through the GALLEDY sales team.
There are three ways to place an order:

1. Choose from Ready-Made Creations

Select from the existing GALLEDY collections and complete the “Order Request” form.

2. Custom Creation Based on Your Idea

Submit your personal concept or design through Menu / Request & Order.
After reviewing your submission, our team will provide the price and production time.

3. Exclusive Concept Design by GALLEDY

Share your project details (type of space, dimensions, and preferred style) via Menu Request & Order, and our team will design a unique concept exclusively for you.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Within 24 hours, one of GALLEDY’s design or sales consultants will contact you.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Once all details are finalized, an official invoice will be issued including full product information, production time, and shipping cost.

Production begins immediately after receiving the prepayment.

International Shipping

All GALLEDY creations are shipped worldwide, fully insured and free of charge.
Each piece is carefully packaged according to international protection standards.
A tracking code will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery,
provided that the piece is unused and remains in its original packaging.
